In the role of Associate Scientist Analytical Chemistry, you design and execute experiments that contribute to the development and validation of new analytical methods (such as LC-MS, HPLC, GC, and dissolution testing). Through this work, you support global technical operations and help resolve manufacturing and analytical challenges related to pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities include:
- Work on different projects related to development and validation of (new) analytical methods that will be used on global scale
- Provide technical support during development, commercial launch or problem solving for a given API or drug product
- Perform testmethod transfer and troubleshoot existing analytical methods
- Oversee a variety of analytical aspects including the meaning of analytical data from various sources
- Review and write technical development reports and regulatory documentations
- Secondment via CheckMark Labrecruitment for 12 months
- Salary indication starting at €4300 gross per month based on 40 hours/week
- Fixed 13th-month bonus
- Fulltime position (40 uur/week)

For the position of Associate Scientist Analytical Chemistry, we are looking for a candidate who has:
- HBO or MSc degree in Analytical Chemistry
- Several years of relevant work experience in an analytical or pharmaceutical environment
- Proven experience with method development using LC-MS (mandatory)
- Experience with method development using HPLC, GC, and dissolution techniques (preferred)
- Familiarity with CMC, Pharmacopeia, ICH, and/or GMP guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch
