Your responsibilities

Working full-time in Valencia, you'll assist customers directly, delivering clear solutions through phone, email, and chat. You'll handle inquiries efficiently, always keeping a professional and friendly approach, while documenting interactions and updating CRM systems accurately. Following internal processes and quality standards, you'll ensure every customer receives excellent support. With paid onboarding and ongoing coaching, this position gives you the tools to grow your customer service skills and gain valuable international experience while collaborating with a diverse, motivated team.
