As a full-time reservations and customer service representative in Ireland, you assist clients with bookings, payments, and account support. What are you going to do:

What you do:

As a reservations and customer service representative, you'll assist clients across Europe with their bookings, payments, and account questions, whether by phone, email, live chat, or social media. You'll be the go-to person for customers looking to book, change, or cancel their reservations, and your clear communication and problem-solving skills will ensure every interaction goes smoothly. Whether your project is in travel, hotels, or lifestyle services, you'll become an expert and help make each customer experience seamless. This full-time position in Ireland can be done remotely, giving you the flexibility to balance work with exploring your new surroundings.

What we offer

• Full-time position of 32-40 hours per week.
• Competitive monthly salary of €1,221.
