As a Customer Service Representative, you're the link between customers and operations. You'll ensure smooth shipment processing, resolve issues, and contribute to long-term client satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients regarding shipment handling
- Communicating operational updates and status changes to customers
- Answering client inquiries and resolving concerns to strengthen relationships
- Logging and resolving complaints; reporting recurring issues to Business Development
- Spotting commercial opportunities and sharing them with the sales team
- Updating customer and financial data in the system, including archiving
- Preparing standard reports and distributing customer invoices
- Verifying and processing purchase invoices from transport partners
