Our client, an international aircraft maintenance provider, is expanding its Line Maintenance department and is currently seeking a Line Maintenance Planner. This position plays a key role in coordinating aircraft maintenance operations across multiple international locations. You will be based at Maastricht Airport and act as the central point of contact for planning, scheduling, and communicating with various teams and stakeholders.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning: Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules and shift rosters for line maintenance engineers
- License and Compliance Management: Track, verify, and maintain up-to-date records of certifications and licenses for technical staff
- Aircraft Status Coordination: Communicate daily with clients, engineers, and internal maintenance departments to report and update on aircraft availability and technical status
- Maintenance Resource Planning: Plan and coordinate the availability of tools, ground support equipment, materials, and external services (such as non-destructive testing) at remote maintenance locations
- Administrative Support: Generate reports, maintain accurate maintenance documentation, and assist the Line Maintenance Manager with all planning-related administrative tasks

Candidate Profile – Skills and Requirements
- A completed vocational (MBO) or higher education degree in logistics, aviation, planning, or technical administration
- Experience in a similar role in aviation, technical service, logistics or manufacturing is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable working with database and planning systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially in deadline-driven environments
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
What the Company Offers
- Salary range: €2,800 – €3,200 gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience

- Travel reimbursement: €0.23 per km, up to a maximum of 60 km per day
