You will be working as a logistics administrative assistant at a client in the area of Echt. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, planning, administration and communication of the processes that focus on handling and processing order activities that arise from customer contact.
You manage the planning and perform administration of outbound shipments:
- Coordinate shipments with order management
- Create shipping documents
- Communication on shipments with the warehouse. You will work closely with the Warehouse and other internal stakeholders
- Both physically and systematically handling special shipments, taking care of Replenishment and preparing shipments
Managing and executing Import & Export:
- Customs and expert documentation
- Managing documents within the logistics administration
- Point of contact for transaction related / customs related issues
- Communication with internal and external customer service and freight forwarders
- A long-term job in a collegial team;
- A starting salary of €15.48 gross per hour based on 38 hours. Do you have more relevant work experience? Then a higher salary is negotiable;
- Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer, maximum 30 kilometers one way;
- Pension accrual from the first working day;
