Your Role at Andaz Amsterdam
As a member of our Front Office team, you will be the face of the hotel, setting the tone for every guest's stay. You'll be:
Delivering unforgettable first impressions, ensuring every guest is greeted with warmth and enthusiasm.
Managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and offering tailored recommendations to elevate each guest's experience.
Acting as a true "host", ready to assist with everything from luggage to concierge services, all with a smile and positive energy.
Resolving guest concerns with empathy, ensuring all challenges are met with thoughtful solutions, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
· A minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office role, ideally within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
· A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service to guests from around the world.
· Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus!
· Someone who thrives on taking initiative, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn.
· Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU/EEA passport or valid work permit).
