We are looking for a Front Office Team Leader who:

• Has excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
• Will promote a helpful and professional image to our guests and our team
• Will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Can inspire, coach and mentor reception team members
• Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
• Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
• Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills. Basic Dutch is a great bonus!
• Preferably with previous experience as a Front Office Team Leader/Supervisor in a hotel
