Functieomschrijving

Your workday begins each morning at 7:30 AM with a short team meeting to go over the day's planning and any important updates. After that, you'll head to your designated workstation on the production floor, where hundreds of bikes are assembled each day. Your tasks will include mounting parts, adjusting gears, and performing final quality checks. You'll work alongside friendly and supportive colleagues in a pleasant environment where everyone takes responsibility for their own tasks.

Your day ends around 4:00 PM, giving you your evenings free. The structure and fixed schedule provide a healthy balance between work and personal life. You'll receive thorough training from experienced coworkers and will have the opportunity to learn the job step by step. You're not expected to know everything from day one, what matters most is that you're reliable, eager to learn, and detail-oriented!

Wie ben jij?

• You have completed at least a VMBO-level education (or equivalent)
• You speak Dutch or English at a functional level
• You are  full-time available 
• You are precise and quality-focused
• You are physically capable of standing and working throughout the day
