As a production employee in a 3-shift system, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our innovative production processes. Working with modern machinery, you will produce high-quality EPS products such as packaging and insulation materials. This role offers variety, as you will operate machines, ensure product quality, and have opportunities to deepen your technical knowledge and grow within the company.
What You Will Do:
- produce and inspect EPS products to meet established quality standards
- operate, adjust, and fine-tune machines and production lines
- reconfigure machines for different production orders
- monitor and manage process parameters, making adjustments when necessary
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment around the machines
