Wat je gaat doen As an Operator, you will ensure that the production line continues to run safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. You will start with an extensive on-the-job training programme, supported by an experienced coach. This will help you gain an in-depth understanding of both the machinery and the production process, giving you the knowledge and confidence to excel in your role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting advanced production lines.
• Ensuring product quality, workplace safety, and production progress.
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving process disruptions.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs.
• Working closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Following safety regulations and established procedures.
• Actively contributing ideas to improve the production process.
• Guiding and supporting new colleagues.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised workplace.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least an MBO level 3 diploma in a technical field.
• Good command of Dutch and English to understand safety instructions.
• Own accomodation and transportation.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system.
• Technical insight and demonstrable technical skills.
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
