As an assistant 4 shift supervisor, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our depot in Bleiswijk. What You Will Do:
- Coordinate: ensure efficient sorting processes while monitoring quality, safety, and productivity;
- Lead: guide, monitor, and motivate logistics employees daily in collaboration with the coordinator;
- Plan: prepare and organize tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing goods flow;
- Contribute: participate in operational tasks such as order picking, locating products, and maintaining order in the depot;
- Monitor: oversee SLA compliance and ensure a safe working environment for the team.
