⚙️ What will you do as a Technical Maintenance Work Planner?
In this position, you are the linchpin between the maintenance team, planning, and operations. You ensure that maintenance work is properly prepared, executed, and completed. Thanks to your technical insight and coordination skills, production continues to run smoothly and safely. Some of your duties include:
- Checking and preparing work packages and work permits
- Assigning tasks and resources within the team
- Monitoring the progress of maintenance activities and making adjustments where necessary
- Reporting daily progress and any deviations
- Completing work orders and providing feedback to operations
- Guiding colleagues in correctly filling out maintenance documentation
- Conducting field checks to ensure procedures are properly followed
- Working with systems such as SAP and Outlook for administrative follow-up
