What you'll be doing
As a Turnaround Field Planner, you are responsible for preparing complex technical work during maintenance shutdowns (turnarounds). You compile detailed work packages that serve as a guideline for safe and efficient execution.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Assessing work assignments for completeness and technical content
- Drawing up multidisciplinary job plans based on work orders and previously executed plans
- Selecting the appropriate materials, methods, and services based on the situation
- Evaluating alternative execution methods in terms of costs and lead time
- Checking existing plans in practice and processing feedback
- Monitoring planning backlogs and taking action where necessary
- Performing cost estimates at the job level
- Coordinating with production, engineering, and external parties
- Working according to the Global Maintenance Work Process (GMWP) and EH&S guidelines
- Acting as a technical point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders
