Warehouse Planner

DHL Supply Chain in Beringe is looking for a Warehouse Planner to coordinate and optimize daily warehouse activities. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring an efficient flow of goods, resources and workforce planning within a dynamic international logistics environment. As a Warehouse Planner, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring daily warehouse operations. You will analyze workloads, staffing requirements and operational priorities to ensure all activities are completed efficiently and on time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating daily warehouse activities;
• Releasing work orders in line with operational priorities;
• Analyzing orders, inventory levels and workforce requirements;
• Monitoring operational performance and identifying bottlenecks;
• Solving planning issues and implementing effective solutions;
• Preparing reports and recommending process improvements;
• Communicating with customers, carriers and suppliers;
• Supporting inventory and location management activities when required;

Working hours are based on a two-shift schedule:

• 06:00 - 14:30
• 13:30 - 22:00

Depending on operational demands, the afternoon shift may occasionally be extended until 00:00.

• MBO working and thinking level or equivalent;
• An interest in logistics and warehouse operations;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;

• A proactive and professional attitude;
