Junior Operator - Metal Production

Wat je gaat doen As a Junior Production Operator, you'll be part of the production team responsible for manufacturing high-quality metal components. You'll work according to technical drawings and work instructions and learn how to operate and control different parts of the production process. Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling metal products and components using technical drawings and work instructions;
• Connecting electrical components;
• Testing products using measuring equipment such as calipers and multimeters;
• Performing visual and technical quality inspections;
• Identifying and reporting deviations or quality issues;
• Registering production data, material usage and rejected parts in the ERP system;
• Using hand and power tools safely and correctly;
• Keeping your work area safe, clean and organised;
• Working closely with experienced operators and colleagues to maintain an efficient production process;
• Contributing ideas to improve quality, safety and efficiency.

You'll work in a full-time two-shift schedule: 
Morning shift 06:00-15:00 (friday 06:00-12:00).
Afternoon shift 15:00-00:00 (friday 12:00-18:00).

Functie-eisen You don't have to be an experienced operator. What's most important is that you're technically minded, willing to learn and take pride in producing quality work.Ideally, you have:

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing or a technical production environment;
• Technical insight and an interest in machinery and production processes;
• Experience using hand or power tools;
• Experience with quality checks or measuring equipment is an advantage;
• The ability to read and follow technical drawings or work instructions;
• An accurate and quality-focused approach to work;
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• A willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.
