As a junior production operator at FrieslandCampina in Leerdam, you will play a hands-on role in producing and packaging cheese using advanced automated machinery. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and develop technical skills in a clean and modern production environment. You will start with guided training, gradually taking on more responsibilities as you grow into the position. Your ability to work accurately, follow instructions, and collaborate with your team will be key to your success.

What You Will Do:

• Operate and monitor: automated production and packaging lines to ensure smooth processes.
• Perform: quality checks on cheese products and packaging to maintain high standards.
• Adjust: machine settings and respond to minor deviations in the production process.
• Collaborate: with experienced operators and technical teams to resolve more complex issues.
• Maintain: a clean and organized workspace while adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.

Working hoursYou will work in a fixed 3-shift schedule:

• Morning shift: 07:00–15:00
• Evening shift: 15:00–23:00, Friday until 22:30
• Night shift: 23:00–07:00

• Salary up to €3,250 gross per month including shift allowance.
