As our new Customer Support Specialist, you join an enthusiastic team where open communication and speed go hand in hand. You turn complex support tickets into seamless customer experiences.

You team up with Tech Support and Product to solve challenging client questions.

Working in HubSpot, you take ownership of incoming tickets and prioritize daily support traffic. You do not work in isolation; you communicate continuously with our internal Tech Support and Product specialists to fix technical hiccups quickly. Your proactive team attitude keeps our response times fast and our customers happy.

You are a communicative team player with a sharp, solution-oriented mindset.

You bring positive energy, strong organizational skills, and fluent English communication to the team. You love tackling challenges head-on and look forward to collaborating in person at our Utrecht office two days a week to brainstorm ideas and align on priorities.
