You play a key role in improving and innovating our logistics systems by analyzing complex technical challenges and implementing sustainable solutions.
You will:
- Analyze recurring technical issues and identify root causes using structured methods.
- Develop and implement long-term technical improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
- Install, commission, and optimize machines and logistics systems.
- Initiate and implement innovative technical solutions and improvement initiatives.
- Support and guide maintenance technicians with complex or recurring technical issues.

We ask:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with root cause analysis in a technical or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of control systems (PLC) is a strong plus.
- Own car and transportation to commute independently
- A proactive mindset with good communication and collaboration skills.
