Customer Service Representative | Danish

You will join a passionate customer support team, working from Utrecht or Rotterdam with flexible work-from-home options. In this part-time role (3 days/week), the specialist will focus on delivering excellent service and supporting the international customer base through the following main tasks:

• Answering customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and telephone.
• Advising and guiding clients regarding the extensive range of creative and art products.
• Accurately entering, tracking, and processing online customer orders in the system.
• Handling customer feedback, resolving complaints, and supporting clients through the ordering process.

RequirementsTo excel in this customer-oriented position, candidates should bring a helpful attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for creative materials. The client is seeking a dedicated team member who meets the following qualifications:

• Full professional fluency in both Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level, at least)
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to easily navigate online order systems.
• Approximately one year of experience in a customer service, support, or hospitality environment.
• A natural affinity or passion for art, creativity, and artist materials.
• Availability to work 22 hours per week, spread over 3 days, with a flexible and independent work ethic.
• Residency within a commutable distance of Utrecht or Rotterdam.
