- Provide technical sales support to dealers, responding to spare parts enquiries via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and suppliers to support business growth.
- Monitor dealer orders and ensure priorities are managed efficiently.
- Work closely with the technical team to provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Develop a solid understanding of the company's products to confidently advise dealers on technical parts-related questions.
- Monitor pricing across product categories and support dealer inventory management.
- Deliver training sessions to dealers on spare parts systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve daily operations and contribute ideas for process optimization.
- Opportunity to attend trade shows and onsite customer visits
- Native-level or C2 German, with fluent English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in an international environment.
- Confident in resolving issues and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is considered a strong plus.
- Understanding of logistics processes and Incoterms is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Experience in the construction, agricultural machinery, automotive, or a related technical industry is an advantage but not essential.

- Start date is ASAP.
- Initial 7-month contract with the intention of long-term employment.
- The salary is between € 3300 - € 3900 per month gross, excl. 8% (the salary depends on the education and work (years) experience
- Long term position and full time (ideally 40 hours, but it could be 32 or 36 hours)

- Travel costs: EUR 0,25 per km (by car or by public transport)
- Initial training is provided by the company
