Wood Formwork Carpenter / Model Maker (Prefab Concrete)

You will work in a workshop where wooden molds are built from scratch for use in the prefab concrete industry. Each project is different, which makes the work varied and hands-on. You will use technical drawings (often digital) to create molds with precision, working with wood and various tools. The work is performed during daytime hours in a well-equipped workshop environment, where teamwork and craftsmanship are central.

• Building wooden molds for prefab concrete elements from technical drawings
• Assembling and finishing molds with high precision
• Working with hand tools and woodworking machines
• Checking dimensions and quality of your own work
• Collaborating with colleagues on custom-made projects

• Experience with woodworking, carpentry, or technical production
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Technical insight and attention to detail
• Good command of Dutch or very good English is required
• Motivation to learn a skilled trade and work on custom projects

• Salary up to €20 per hour, depending on experience
• Free transport to work (by car or bike) and the option to rent an electric bike for a small fee
