Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing mise-en-place for lunch and dinner service
- Cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and standards
- Maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
- Following HACCP and food safety regulations
- Contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and menu improvements
- Working closely with colleagues during service
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient
- Starting salary of at least €2,800 gross per month
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
- Full-time position (38-45 hours per week)

- You speak Dutch, or English at a very good level
- MBO-level working and thinking ability or equivalent practical experience
- Experience as a cook, line cook, or Chef de Partie
- Affinity with fine dining and high-quality gastronomy
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during peak seasons
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude
