Warehouse Teamleader

Are you experienced in a warehouse and ready to take the next step into a leadership role? As a (junior) Warehouse Team Leader, you will work alongside an experienced team and supervise a group of 10 to 12 employees. You will be visibly present on the work floor, supporting the daily coordination of operations. You work closely with the Supervisor and be given the space to grow in your role.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the supervision and guidance of warehouse employees;
• Working on the floor to ensure smooth daily operations;
• Identifying operational bottlenecks and discussing them with your manager;
• Contributing to the improvement of work processes;
• Monitoring basic safety and quality regulations;
• Working with simple reports and developing basic Excel skills.

We are primarily looking for someone with the right motivation and ambition to grow into a leadership role within logistics. In addition, you have:

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment;
• Interest in supervising or guiding colleagues;
• Good command of the English language (required);
• Basic knowledge of Excel or willingness to learn;
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude;
• Availability to work full-time in a two-shift system.

• Salary up to approximately €3,000 gross per month (depending on experience);
