Warehouse Supervisor

Are you ready to make an impact in one of the largest warehouses in the Benelux? In this role, you will work at a brand-new, large-scale site that is currently undergoing significant development. The operation is growing rapidly, many new colleagues are joining, and processes are being further built and refined. This requires strong supervisors who can bring structure, direction, and clarity to the operation.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are the key link between the team leaders on the floor and the warehouse manager. You will indirectly lead a large group of employees and ensure that daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and according to agreed standards. You will work in an environment where structure is essential and processes must be strictly followed from A to Z. At the same time, you are the one who maintains oversight, makes adjustments, and takes decisions when necessary.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting multiple team leaders and their teams;
• Monitoring daily operations, planning, and performance;
• Conducting conversations regarding absenteeism, performance, and employee development;
• Justifying operational decisions towards warehouse management (such as capacity and overtime);
• Ensuring strict adherence to processes and procedures;
• Monitoring KPIs, quality, and operational progress;
• Coordinating with different departments and internal stakeholders;
• Identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements;
• Working with reports and administrative processes (including Excel).

For this position, we are looking for a strong and experienced supervisor who is used to working in a high-paced, operational warehouse environment.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role within a logistics or warehouse environment. Experience in retail or supermarkets is not considered relevant for this role;
• Fluent in English (required);
• Experience with Excel and reporting;
• Available full-time (40 hours per week) in a 2-shift system.

• Salary up to approximately €3,500 gross per month (excluding any potential collective labour agreement increase);
• Shift allowance on top of your salary;
• 24 vacation days and 4 ADV days;
• 8% holiday allowance;
