Parcel delivery driver

Over de functie As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you are responsible for delivering parcels safely and on time to business and private customers. You start your working day at the depot in Nieuw‑Vennep, where you independently prepare your route and load the delivery van.
As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you work efficiently using a route app and ensure all deliveries are completed accurately throughout the day. You combine independent work on the road with practical logistics tasks and regular customer contact.
Your activities consist of:

• Delivering parcels to 50 to 80 business and private addresses per day
• Independently loading the delivery van and organizing parcels efficiently
• Planning and driving routes with support from a route app
• Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along the route
• Ensuring the delivery van remains clean, safe and well organized

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you work four days per week without weekend shifts. Working hours are between 08:00 and 19:00, providing structure and consistency in your schedule.
As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will receive a temporary contract with a prospect for the future in an active and independent role within a dynamic logistics environment. Wat bieden we jou

• Gross hourly wage: €16.60–€21.58, based on experience.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Flexible workweek: 24–40 hours, Monday to Friday.
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one-way).
• 8% holiday allowance and 6.24% individual choice budget (IKB).
• 23 vacation days based on a 40-hour work week.

Functie-eisen

• Valid driver’s license B with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain a certificate of conduct (VOG).
• Reside near Nieuw-Vennep, close to Hoofddorp.
• Available 3–4 days per week, 08:00–19:00.
• Comfortable delivering 50–80 parcels daily with precision.
