For our Ground Operations department, FedEx is actively searching for a Logistics Administrator at FedEx. In this vital support role, you will be the administrative backbone that ensures our collaboration with external transport providers runs flawlessly.
What will you do as a Logistics Administrator?
Your workday revolves around maintaining order, processing data, and ensuring all agreements are met. You will manage the administrative workflows that keep our logistics operations moving. Your key tasks include:
- System & Data Administration: Ensuring that all required information regarding our transport partners is recorded timely, completely, and accurately in the designated systems.
- Reporting: Gathering logistical data, analyzing it, and creating clear reports to monitor operational performance.
- Compliance Checks: Safeguarding that our external partners strictly adhere to contractual agreements, internal processes, and legal regulations.
- Process Standardization: Proactively identifying administrative bottlenecks and assisting in the optimization and standardization of our workflows.
- Day-to-day Coordination: Serving as a reliable point of contact for our vendors (CSPs) and internal Station Management to resolve administrative or contractual queries.
What do you bring to the table?
We are looking for a structural thinker who loves working with data and systems, and who communicates clearly. You also meet the following criteria:
- You have completed at least a secondary education (e.g., high school diploma).
- You bring 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an administrative, logistics, or data-entry role.
- You possess excellent planning and organizing skills, along with a sharp analytical mind.
- You are fluent in English (this is a strict requirement for our international workplace) and speaking French is highly preferred!
- Any prior experience with Vendor Management or handling supplier contracts is a great plus.

Wat wij bieden- A competitive gross monthly salary of € 3,583.47 (Scale 8).
- A full-time position through an employment agency for an initial period of 6 to 12 months . After this period, we will review the possibilities for an extension. (Please note: no other secondary employment conditions apply).
