• Operate and monitor production lines.
• Resolve minor technical malfunctions.
• Perform quality inspections and checks.
• Identify and correct process deviations.
• Set up, adjust, and convert machines.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements.

• Salary up to €3,250 gross per month (including shift allowance).
• 8% holiday allowance plus a 4% year-end bonus.
• 36-hour work week (3-shift schedule).
