As a Temporary Supply Chain Operations Assistant, you play a key support role within the supply chain team, stepping in to keep daily purchasing and inventory activities running smoothly. Your main tasks include creating and monitoring purchase orders, following up with vendors, and highlighting any issues that could delay operations. You'll also be involved in improving inventory accuracy, maintaining up-to-date item data, and supporting data clean-up in the ERP system. Collaboration is central; you'll work closely with colleagues in supply chain and operations to ensure accurate information and smooth processes. By preparing simple progress reports and helping resolve data discrepancies, you'll help keep everything on track.

- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management
- Skilled in ERP systems (such as SAP)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
