Orderpicker at HelloFresh

As an Order Picker at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for preparing customer food orders inside the warehouse. The picking process is completed using a handheld scanner, so it is important that you can read and write in English accurately to follow instructions and select the correct products.
This position requires you to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail is very important, because every order must be prepared correctly for the customer.
The warehouse temperature is usually between 4–5°C. It is not a freezer department, but the environment is cold, so wearing a jacket is necessary during work.

Job Requirements:

• You are able to speak good English
• Ability to work fast and accurately
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (4–5°C)
• Good physical condition and motivation to work in a warehouse environment

• Holiday allowance: 150%
• Weekend allowance: 125% (Sat+Sun: 18:00 – 00:00 hours)
• Evening allowance week: 110% (Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri: 00:00 – 06:00 hours)
• Evening allowance weekend: 140% (Sat, Sun, Mon: 00:00 – 06:00 hours)
