Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Commercial Asset Manager (Netherlands/Denmark area) for a client in Andelst.

As a Commercial Asset Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Managing the commercial and financial performance of an assigned portfolio of solar and wind projects
• Monitoring project income, expenses and cash flow
• Preparing budgets, liquidity forecasts and cost control analyses
• Creating financial and operational reports for investors, shareholders, banks and other stakeholders
• Coordinating service agreements, maintenance contracts and commercial obligations
• Supporting quarterly and annual financial reporting processes
• Managing insurance claims and warranty-related matters
• Organising shareholder meetings, including preparation, follow-up and documentation
• Working closely with technical managers, auditors, tax advisors, investors and financial institutions
• Maintaining communication with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple European countries

Our client is an international service provider specialising in the management and optimisation of large-scale renewable energy projects. The organisation supports solar and wind assets across multiple European countries and manages a substantial portfolio of operating renewable energy installations.

You will join a specialised Asset Management team where collaboration, ownership and professional development are central. Colleagues work closely together across borders to ensure strong operational and financial performance of renewable energy assets. To support further growth in the Dutch market, the organisation is looking to strengthen its team with a Commercial Asset Manager.

Working hours
Working hours are during regular office hours. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Approximately 90% of the work takes place at the office. Remote working is possible for up to one day per week.
