Over de functie As a Courier at DHL Express, you are the face of the organization. You ensure that parcels are delivered on time and in perfect condition to both business and private customers. From the depot in Nieuw-Vennep, you drive your routes efficiently, with a strong focus on quality and service. In this role, you work 4 days per week with no weekend shifts. Your working hours are between 08:00 and 19:00. A typical working day consists of:

• Delivering 50 to 80 parcels per day to business and residential addresses;
• Independently loading your delivery van and organizing the cargo efficiently;
• Planning and driving your route, with app-based support during your onboarding period;
• Collecting parcels from customers and companies along your route.

• An attractive gross hourly rate ranging from €15.96 to €20.75, depending on your level of experience;
• A temporary employment contract, with the opportunity to move into a direct role at DHL Express;
• The option to work 24 to 40 hours per week, within daytime shifts between 08:00 and 19:00;
• Cost of travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, applicable from 5 km one-way;
• Access to pension contributions, 8.33% holiday pay, and accrual of paid leave hours.

Functie-eisen

• You have a valid driver's license B with 2 years of experience;
• You are able to get a certificate of conduct (VOG);
• You live in the area of Nieuw-Vennep, close to Hoofddorp;
• You are available for 3 to 4 days per week.
