your job consist of managing your own customer portfolio and the order-to-cash flow. Checking deliveries and handling returns. Answering customer questions, primarily via email. Building sustainable relationships with our customers.

Who are you?
You are someone who gets energy from customer contact and solving issues. You have a positive mindset, are motivated and stand your ground! Experience with SAP is a big plus, and Salesforce is a nice to have. You are not a standard call center employee, but someone who has experience with order-to-cash customer service and managing their own customer portfolio.
Practical matters
Your work week varies between 4 and 5 days, or 4.5 days per week. You start your day between 7:30 and 9:00, where 9:00 is the latest start time. You can work from home up to 3 days a week, but it is mandatory to be at the office for at least 2 days.
