Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for checking products with damaged packaging. In addition, you inspect returned products that may have damage and/or defects. In the best-case scenario, only the packaging is damaged, but sometimes the product itself is defective. In that case, the product is assessed and repaired where possible.

As a Warehouse VAS Associate, you like to roll up your sleeves. You stay alert during your work, and physical tasks do not put you off. You start your working day with a team meeting together with your colleagues and team leader, where the tasks for the day are discussed. After that, you get to work as a team. Cooperation and team spirit are therefore very important.

The VAS department is part of the European Distribution Center in Born. You will be working in a new, enthusiastic, and results-driven team with an “every day better” mentality.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

✅ Performing small repairs on carton boxes and electronic devices

✅ Carrying out software updates on electronic devices

✅ Moving products according to work procedures and safety and quality guidelines

✅ Building, sealing, labeling, unpacking, and measuring carton boxes and pallets

✅ Performing small repair tasks on product pallets

✅ Carrying out cleaning tasks in the warehouse to ensure safe working conditions in accordance with the 5S guidelines

For this position, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious candidate who enjoys working as part of a team.

The location is situated directly along the A2 motorway and is easily accessible by car from Sittard, Echt, Susteren, Brunssum, Geleen, and Aachen.
