As a Machine Operator, you’ll work in a versatile production environment where you’re responsible for keeping various machines running smoothly every day. You test finished products, perform maintenance, and independently resolve minor malfunctions. You’ll handle product changes (mold changeovers) and monitor production processes according to established quality systems. You analyze machine stops and report to the Shift Leader. You also follow guidelines for Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Housekeeping. You work together with colleagues in a modern production facility where safety and teamwork are key.
- Analyzing and reporting machine stops and identifying errors using control equipment
- Performing product changeovers and mold swaps
- Testing production daily according to set procedures
- Working according to quality systems and process standards
- Following Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Housekeeping guidelines
- Independently resolving minor malfunctions and ensuring continuity on the floor
- Reporting to the Shift Leader at the end of your shift
You work in a 5-shift system, including night and weekend shifts. This provides variety in your schedule and extra shift allowances.
