As a junior gardener, you will help create and maintain stunning outdoor spaces for clients in the region. The role combines hands-on craftsmanship with careful attention to detail, ensuring that each project reflects the client’s vision. Working within a collaborative team, you will use modern machinery and techniques to achieve high-quality results. This position offers a mix of landscaping, garden maintenance, and client interaction, making every day varied and rewarding.

What You Will Do:

• Landscaping: Carry out tasks such as paving, planting, and installing garden features to create functional and visually appealing outdoor spaces;
• Maintenance: Keep gardens in excellent condition through pruning, mowing, fertilizing, and general upkeep;
• Customer interaction: Listen to clients’ ideas and translate them into practical and creative solutions;
• Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard;
• Machine operation: Operate modern, high-quality equipment provided by the company to enhance precision and efficiency in daily work.

• A salary between €2,451 and €3,200 per month;
• A temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position;
• A part-time role of 32–40 hours per week;
• 185 vacation hours based on full-time employment;

•           You must have at least a basic level vocational qualification (preferably in gardening, facilities management or another technical or practical related field);

•           Experience in gardening/landscaping is an advantage;

•           Customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude;

•           Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;

•           Keen eye for detail and precision in all tasks;

•           It is preferable to have a drivers licence.
