As an Operator, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of a modern agricultural production facility working in a 3-shift system. You will be working in a clean, well-organized, and professional environment where quality, hygiene, and efficiency are top priorities.With your hands-on mentality and eye for detail, you keep the production process running efficiently and in line with strict protocols and safety standards. You enjoy taking responsibility and take pride in delivering high-quality results every day.

What You Will Do:

• Gathering: Raw materials and production supplies to prepare production runs
• Operating: Machinery such as process mixers and packaging machines in a cleanroom environment
• Monitoring: Production parameters and making adjustments to ensure optimal performance
• Performing: Quality checks and taking samples for lab testing to guarantee product standards
• Troubleshooting: Solving technical issues and accurately reporting production activities

Functie-eisen We are looking for a proactive and reliable professional who takes ownership and enjoys working in a structured production environment.

You bring:

• MBO+ level education (preferably technical) and experience as a (process) operator, ideally within the food or chemical industry
• Knowledge of working with protocols and hygiene standards (cleanroom experience is a plus)
• Strong technical skills to independently solve machine-related issues
• Experience in guiding or supporting a small team is a plus
• Your own accommodation and transportation
• A flexible, solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• A strong sense of responsibility and focus on quality
• Good command of the English language
