Functieomschrijving:
As a trainee industrial spray painter, you will contribute to the production of durable products designed to last for decades. You’ll learn the entire spraying process step by step and develop skills you can take pride in. Your responsibilities include:

• Starting with general production tasks such as hanging, masking, and packing materials
• Learning to safely operate equipment like forklifts and overhead cranes
• Supporting experienced spray painters in their daily work
• Gradually mastering spraying and coating techniques
• Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
• Contributing ideas to improve workflow efficiency
