We are looking for multiple Customer Focus Team (CFT) Employees to support the daily operations for one of our customers. In this role you are responsible for the planning, coordination and administrative follow up of customer orders and warehouse activities. You make sure that incoming and outgoing goods are handled on time and according to the agreed procedures.
You will be part of a dedicated team working for one specific customer within our warehouse operation. Depending on the assignment, this can be for an existing customer or for a new customer starting up at our location.
In this role you report to the Account Management Coordinator or Account Manager and work closely with colleagues in the warehouse and other departments.
Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone and other communication channels;
- Managing customer orders, returns, replacements and operational inquiries;
- Monitoring order progress and warehouse activities to ensure deadlines are met;
- Following up on urgent requests, work orders and operational issues;
- Collaborating closely with warehouse operations, account management and other departments;
- Monitoring KPIs, identifying deviations and contributing to process improvements;
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate administrative records;
- Participating in internal and external progress meetings;
- Keeping work instructions and procedures up to date.
The job is in dayshift from monday to friday, starting between 07:00 and 09:00. 40 hours per week is preferred, but if you have the right qualifications 32 hours might also be possible.

Wie ben je?- Experience in international Customer Service environment is a requirement, preferably within Medical- or Logistics Customer Service;
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is not required;
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems and very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Flexible, structured, accurate, service-oriented, and able to keep overview;
- Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a hands-on mentality.
- A salary between €2650 and €3500+ gross based on your experience in a related position;
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance per year, and 2,76% ADV per hour;
- A travel allowance of €0,21 per kilometer to a maximum of 40 kilometers one way;
- A pension via StiPP with 15,90% paid by the employer;
- A parttime of fulltime workweek from 32 - 40 hours per week from monday to friday;
- Flexible starting times between 07:00 and 09:00 in correspondence with your team;
- You start on a contract via Olympia with perspective on a permanent contract via the employer;
