Manpower, on behalf of Boston Scientific in Kerkrade, is currently seeking a Logistics Team Leader.
As a team lead, you and your team ensure the achievement of all KPIs. You actively participate, closely monitoring the smooth flow of work processes. Among your responsibilities are:
- Supervising compliance with work instructions and processes
- Identifying and reporting malfunctions to the Maintenance department
- Developing structural solutions to issues in the work process in collaboration with the supervisor
- Conducting PDC (Performance, Development, and Career) discussions in close coordination with the supervisor
- Acting as an emergency response officer and leading during assigned shifts

Here's what you'll receive
