Wat je gaat doen As an Operator, you will play an essential role in the smooth operation of a modern agricultural production facility operating in a 3-shift system. In this clean, professional, and well-organized environment, you are responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.With your hands-on mentality and eye for detail, you ensure the production process runs efficiently and according to strict protocols and safety regulations. What You Will Do:

• Gathering: Raw materials and production supplies to prepare for production runs
• Operating: Machinery such as process mixers and packaging machines in a cleanroom environment
• Monitoring: Production parameters and making adjustments to maintain optimal performance
• Performing: Quality checks and taking samples for lab testing to guarantee product standards
• Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues on the line and accurately reporting production activities

Functie-eisen We are looking for a proactive and reliable professional who takes ownership of their work and enjoys working in a structured production environment.You bring:

• MBO+ level education (technical preferred) and experience as a (process) operator, ideally in the food or chemical industry
• Good understanding of working with protocols and hygienic standards (cleanroom experience is a plus)
• Technical skills to solve machine-related issues independently
• Experience in leading or supporting a small team is an advantage
• Your own accommodation and transportation
• A flexible, solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• A strong sense of responsibility and focus on quality
• Good command of the English language
