As a customer services officer, you will contribute to delivering excellent service to our French customer portfolio within a dynamic and international environment. You will manage the entire order-to-cash process, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills in English and French, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and planning. What You Will Do:
- Process: accurately handle customer orders in SAP and ensure timely follow-up on deliveries.
- Communicate: proactively update customers on changes, delays, or updates regarding their orders.
- Resolve: manage returns and complaints efficiently, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate: coordinate closely with internal teams like sales, logistics, and planning to align on customer needs and expectations.
- Improve: contribute to process enhancements within the order-to-cash chain to optimize efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.

- Salary between €3,300 and €3,800 per month.
- Temporary contract for approximately 6 months.
- Full-time role, 36 hours per week.
