Job DescriptionAs an operator, you are responsible for an efficient production process. You combine technical knowledge with practical skills and teamwork to prevent malfunctions and ensure quality.Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up, operating, and converting machines and production lines.
• Keeping production lines running smoothly and preventing breakdowns.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues, with support from the technical department when needed.
• Performing quality checks and accurately recording production data.
• Supervising colleagues and training new employees.
• Actively contributing to the production process and the final product.
• Reporting to the Production Supervisor.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
Employment ConditionsFor your efforts, you can expect the following:

• A salary between €2,587 and €3,371 gross per month, depending on experience and including shift allowance.
• 29 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (up to a maximum of 50 km one way).
