As a Structural Engineer you play a key role in designing, analyzing, and validating structures that are safe, efficient, and sustainable. You will work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Project Engineering, and Purchasing—to ensure that all structural designs meet international standards as well as company-specific quality and performance requirements.
This position requires strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of structural engineering principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into reliable, cost‑effective designs.

What will you do?
- Perform structural analysis and design for exhaust systems and inline silencers.
- Prepare detailed design sketches, specifications, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations (Eurocodes, AISC, ACI, UBC, ASME).
- Conduct load calculations, stress analyses, and finite element simulations.
- Collaborate with sales engineers, project engineers, purchasers, and project managers to optimize designs and reduce costs.
- Prepare project documentation, including calculation reports and supporting technical files.
What do we need from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical or structural engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Professional engineering certifications are considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis methods and finite element modeling.
- Familiarity with seismic and wind load design principles.
- Proficiency with engineering analysis tools such as STAAD Pro and ANSYS, and preferably with CAD software (Hi‑Cad, Solid Edge, SolidWorks).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10%) and to work from the Nunspeet office at least 3 days per week.
