Are you looking for a job with regular working hours and can you handle a Terberg shunter truck? Right now, we’re looking in Den Bosch for a top yard shunter driver who wants to work Monday to Friday in a three-shift schedule.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
In this responsible role, you’ll be working for a major logistics service provider with a modern warehouse.
You’ll drive a Terberg yard truck and make sure all loaded 13.6m trailers are positioned at the correct dock. You’ll shuttle on the company premises between the warehouse and the brewery. In addition, you’ll also move sea containers to and from another location a short distance away on the industrial estate. This includes a short section on public roads.
The trailers are loaded automatically, so the work is clean and light.
You’ll work Monday to Friday in a three-shift system. Each shift has multiple yard drivers. Working hours are:
- 06:45 – 14:45
- 14:45 – 22:45
- 22:45 – 06:45
Breaks are paid! You’ll receive a 13.75% shift allowance on all hours worked. This brings the hourly wage to €18.93 to €23.02.
To qualify for this position, you need a valid C(E) driving licence or a T licence. If you already held a B licence on 1 July 2015, you will automatically receive category T when renewing your B licence.
No experience yet, but you’d like to drive and manoeuvre large vehicles? You’re also very welcome to apply!
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
You’ve got your T licence in the pocket! (or C / CE licence)
Experience with yard shunting is definitely a plus.
You’ve got the skills — you’re already used to handling large vehicles and equipment.
You have no problem working in a three-shift schedYou speak Dutch or English well.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
To start with: a fair (and honestly earned) salary in line with the CAO for professional road haulage — as you’d expect.
- Hourly wage: €16.64 to €20.24 gross per hour (TLN CAO)
- ADV allowance: 1.38% on top of your gross salary
- Shift allowance: 13.75% on all hours worked — bringing your hourly wage to €18.93 to €23.02

On top of that, we don’t just support your development — we invest in it. Think of Code 95 training and refresher courses. And there’s more: 1 in 3 Logistic Force drivers eventually moves on to a permanent contract directly with the client. A win-win for everyone — and something we’re proud of.
