Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Response Planner for a company in Rotterdam.
In this role, you are customer neutral and category focused, driving short term demand and supply reconciliation while safeguarding service levels and reducing business waste. As Response Planner you will be responsible for:
- Aligning and deciding on escalation, allocation and priorities at customer level together with Sales and Customer Service
- Driving service performance towards agreed service targets
- Supporting short term demand and supply reconciliation and addressing product availability constraints
- Proposing demand driven mitigation plans, including managing AATP business rules
- Coordinating process improvement in operations planning together with Genpact
- Reviewing X minus six promotional uplifts for availability with MSP
- Coordinating local sell off activities of residual and blocked stock using POM tools
- Performing root cause analysis on business waste to strengthen preventative actions
- Managing local activities to secure optimal service during major service issues such as WOS and TUS
- Acting as first point of contact for the Genpact Supply Planning Team
- Owning AATP business rules to ensure accurate stock allocation
- Reviewing X plus six promotional uplifts for availability with MSP
