Floormanager

As a Floor Manager at Intertoys, you lead and support the warehouse team across Inbound, Outbound, and Webshop operations, ensuring processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You monitor workflow and performance, resolve issues, implement improvements, and collaborate with management to meet business goals. With a hands-on approach, you drive efficiency, maintain high quality, and create a positive working environment for your team.

Job Requirements:

• You have 2+ years of leadership experience in logistics
• You are proficient in English, both spoken and written; Dutch or Polish is a plus
• You have solid basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, WMS, and OMS systems
• You are team-oriented and collaborate well across department
• You are customer-focused and proactive in identifying opportunities
• You take ownership, drive improvements, and support change
• You are decisive, pragmatic, and solve problems efficiently
• You are cost-conscious and work effectively with resources
• You have a positive, solution-oriented mindset
