Start your new adventure in Den Bosch!
You’ll be working at a large, modern, family-owned logistics company where high-volume logistics is at the heart of everything. The company specializes in the storage and distribution of glass, cans, and pallets. Trucks are constantly coming and going, and they use automated loading and unloading systems. Laser-guided forklifts even drive through the warehouse! Still, there’s plenty of work that needs to be done manually — and that’s where you come in.
You know how to handle a forklift with double forks.
Two pallets side by side, stacked three high? No problem. You drive tight and stay in full control.
Here you are truly 100% forklift driver: no odd jobs in between — just a full shift on the truck.
They work in 3 shifts, Monday to Friday:
- 06:45 – 14:45
- 14:45 – 22:45
- 22:45 – 06:45
And of course, there’s something nice in return: a shift allowance of 13.75%, bringing your gross hourly wage to between €17.78 and €21.62.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You can confidently operate a forklift with double forks;
You have a good command of Dutch or English;
You have no problem working in a 3-shift rotation.
WHAT YOU GET IN RETURN
To start with, you’ll receive a fair salary in line with the Collective Labour Agreement for Road Freight Transport — which only makes sense.
- A gross hourly wage of €15.63 to €19.01 (TLN CLA);
- A shift allowance of 13.75% on all hours worked;
- An overtime allowance of 30% for hours worked over 40 hours per week;
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per km (from 10 km one-way);
- 8% holiday allowance;
- 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment);
