As a machine operator, you'll be testing end products daily, keeping the machines running smoothly, and fixing small issues on your own. What will you be doing?
- Checking out why a machine stops and spotting errors using control equipment
- Performing product swaps (like mold changes)
- Testing production daily according to the rules
- Working according to set quality systems
- Following Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Housekeeping guidelines
At the end of the day, you'll catch up with the Shift Leader. You'll be working in a 5-shift rotation here.
