German-speaking customer service ambassador - Amsterdam (full-time & part-time)

Rituals in Amsterdam is looking for a German-speaking customer service ambassador, both full-time and part-time, to join our international team. As a customer service ambassador, you are the friendly, solution-focused voice that brings the Rituals philosophy to life. You'll support customers through phone, email, social media, and digital channels, making sure every interaction is personal, authentic, and memorable.

What your day looks like

In this role, you won't just answer questions, you will build trust and create delight for every customer. You will support German-speaking customers during full-time or flexible part-time hours via phone, email, and social media, always providing empathetic, effective, and creative solutions to their inquiries. 

You will answer product-related questions with helpful guidance and communicate clearly and professionally in every interaction. Working closely with an international customer service team, you ensure that each customer experience reflects the premium Rituals feeling and leaves a lasting positive impression.

Flexible working & hybrid options

We understand that life is busy, so this role offers flexible scheduling and hybrid working opportunities:

Full-time: 40 hours/week

Part-time: 24-30 hours/week

Flexible hours: Monday-Friday 08:45-21:00, weekends 10:00-18:30

Hybrid work: a few days from home each week

• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
